Socialising

Sensitive people can really enjoy and be great at socialising but still feel they have some problems.

Noisy, overcrowded places can overstimulate their nervous systems and and so social situations may be less enjoyable.

They often much prefer socialising with one person or in very small groups instead of larger groups because they value quality of conversation and intimacy over small talk.

Neither of these are really problems. They are just perceived problems if they compare themselves with less sensitive people, who like larger groups.

All they really need to do is value their own preferences.
