We have have the amazing ability to be able to choose what…

we put our attention on…

what we do and…

what meaning we give to things.

So we can create our health (‘being healthy’).

Our beliefs thoughts and emotions are always producing chemicals that affect our bodies.

So, the mind and body are not separate as they are usually treated, instead they are one….as in ‘bodymind’.

Our minds affect our bodies and also our bodies are always giving us feedback as to what is in our minds. This gives us great guidance as to what what actions to take and what to change.

Our thoughts and emotions play a tremendously important part in ‘being healthy’.

So spending time changing our thoughts and emotions, dealing with stress and listening to our intuition can have a tremendous effect on ‘being healthy’.

The placebo effect is a wonderful thing. However it is often dismissed as being ‘fake’ when really is the greatest proof and truth that our minds can cure our bodies.

Our minds can cure our bodies.

However just because we can cure illness through the power of our minds and by better understanding our bodies does not mean that we are to blame when we become ill.

Sometimes we have accidents…we get injured…we become ill.

The important thing is at that whenever we are ill or injured, we can do so much to help the healing process.
