What we can do to improve how we feel and our sense of vitality to prevent health problems from developing.
We can get in touch with our amazing, innate healing abilities to help heal ourselves if we become ill.
Although we have natural healing abilities, having a flexible view of different treatments and then doing what works is really beneficial.
The present health system is excellent for certain problems such as accident and emergency but far less good for psychosomatic illnesses.
We need a nuanced view of healing and treatment, but it is always important for us to take part in our own healing through awareness and action.
So what can we do? A good place to start is how stress affects ‘being healthy’.
