On meeting Epic the conversation immediately focused on questions.
“Hello, my name is Epic.” He smiled widely, “I’ve been waiting for you two.”
Milo blinked in surprise, “What do you mean?”
“Aha! Someone after my own heart – already asking questions!” He swivelled his lithe body around to face them, “That’s an excellent question…….
Up to this point Milo’s decisions happened because of the events on the outside. He may well have wondered how he could change, but he only made the decision to change when he saw the words… ‘Decide now’… on the post. He was reacting to outside events in his life before making decisions, so outside events were controlling his life.
Questions are incredibly important because they take back your power.
Questions change what you focus on, how you feel and what you do.
Questions enable you to find the resources you have within. So what are really good questions to ask?
What…? How….? lead to solutions.
What steps can I take to overcome this problem?
How can I look at this problem in another way?
