How long and how often ?

Time can be a huge barrier to listening to relaxation audios.

Because of this we provide hypnotherapy audios of 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 30 minutes.

So many people listen to relaxation audios which are 30 minutes long. They really enjoy it then believe that they need 30 minutes for them to work work. Of course 30 minutes is a long time and just becomes a good reason not to do the relaxation.


You do not need 30 minutes to relax. Much shorter audios are more than enough.
Just 2 minutes can be really helpful. A really good audio can help you go into a deep state of relaxation almost immediately, especially if you listen to it more than once.

As relaxation is so good for you it is really beneficial to listen to a relaxation audio as often as possible.
But you really don't need to listen all the time to get the benefits of hypnotherapy.

Sometimes you will listen to an audio once and instantly overcome your problem.

Every time you listen to the audios we provide you'll be sowing seeds for the future through suggestions and the use of your imagination.

You will often see and feel the benefits in the days and weeks after listening to the audio.
