Sensitive people are very good at thinking , reasoning, and analysing.
But they have a tendency to overthink and over-analyse things when
they are stressed …
…they replay things from the past, they imagine what ifs about the
future, they worry and obsess.
The solution is to reduce the stress/ anxiety response which fuels the
overthinking.
Because they are so good at thinking, sensitives also have
a tendency to try and over-think and analyse their emotional problems.
But over-thinking and analysing does not solve these problems. There
are lots of other ways of dealing with negative emotions.
