He talks about the central idea of cognitive therapy (that your thoughts create your feelings), and he also talks about the distorted thinking patterns, which creates anxiety and depression.
He tells us how he discovered cognitive therapy and give some examples how he has used it in his therapy sessions and in his own life. There is also an emotional ending to the talk.
This talk is moving, informative and well worth watching!
